Advantages:

Местоположение - отличное. Центр, вокруг множество кафе и ресторанов, набережная. Отзывчивые хозяева, возможна оплата наличкой. Чисто, полотенец и одеял хватает, есть все неоходимое, стиралка, кондиционер работает. Хоть и первый этаж - окна выходят на аллею, поэтому тихо.

Disadvantages:

Квартира конечно старенькая, изношенная Матрас было бы неплохо заменить. В первый же день потухла лампочка в санузле. В комнате одна лампочка не горела изначально. Из посуды не хватает сковороды или сотейника.
